You will join our People Partners team seeking to achieve a shared company goal – enhance medical care through innovative technology. As a  Talent Acquisition Partner you will be directly responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle and for ensuring top-tier candidates experience at Qdev Technologies.

In the role of Talent Acquisition Partner your focus will be proactive sourcing, attracting, selecting, and securing tech talent to support our ambitious growth. So, networking and building long-lasting relationships with candidates will be crucial. At the same time, you will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria for attracting and hiring the best-fit candidates.

For this position we are expecting you to:

• Be a team player with a people-oriented work approach
• Have at least few years of experience in recruitment field, ideally in a high-tech or high-growth environment
• Have experience hiring software and/or hardware engineers across different roles and levels
• Have proven experience in talent sourcing using Linkedin Recruiter and other platforms
• Be fluent in written and spoken English and Lithuanian
• Be confident in developing, implementing and maintaining effective and scalable recruitment strategies
• Foster and promote company culture through hiring and onboarding practices
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
