In this role, you will join an international team delivering clinical data integration solutions connecting health care systems, medical applications, and hospital IT environments worldwide.
As a Team Lead - Interface Integration, you will combine technical leadership, architecture design, and customer delivery responsibilities, ensuring reliable integration of clinical data and services.
Other responsibilities would include:
• Lead international project teams and mentor engineers across distributed locations
• Drive architecture and design decisions for complex clinical interfaces
• Analyze clinical data exchange requirements and design scalable integration solutions
• Coordinate implementations with clinical informatics teams, EHR vendors, and global IT partners
• Manage customer implementations as professional services and ensure successful delivery
• Establish technical standards, best practices, and development methodologies for interface engineering
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex integration issues
• Maintain architecture documentation, data mappings, and service catalogs
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy, and security standards across regions
• Continuously evaluate emerging interoperability technologies and improve existing solutions
We are looking for a person with the following experience:
• Experience with cloud architectures, REST APIs, and microservices
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with interface development and scripting (ObjectScript or similar tools)
• Understanding of workflows and EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts)
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating international projects
• Ability to resolve complex integration issues and optimize performance
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Very good command of English (spoken and written)
