For this position, we are looking for a person who would lead projects through planning, execution and release phases, ensuring timelines, resources and deliverables are aligned.
The work includes creating and maintaining project schedules, coordinating cross-functional teams and communicating progress to stakeholders.
Depending on the tasks, responsibilities may also involve identifying project risks, preparing status dashboards with key performance indicators and representing the team in project reviews.
Other responsibilities would include:
• Lead and coordinate projects from planning to implementation and production readiness
• Create and maintain project schedules, track deliverables, identify critical path and ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Operations and others) to ensure smooth project execution
• Act as a subject matter expert in project management topics
• Monitor project status, prepare KPI reports and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Identify and manage project risks, drive mitigation actions and support issue resolution
• Plan and align required resources together with line managers and core team members
We are looking for a person with the following experience:
• Proven experience in project engineering, sub-project leadership, project coordination or similar roles in a technical/engineering environment
• Hands-on experience in planning and tracking project timelines, deliverables, milestones and resources
• Experience working with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Polarion, SAP PPMor similar)
• Ability to prepare and maintain project schedules, dashboards, KPI reports and risk/action logs
• Experience working in cross-functional technical teams
• Familiarity with product development or engineering change processes within regulated or industrial environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
• Results-driven, proactive and able to take ownership
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
