The Senior Operations Service Owner is responsible for enabling and managing digital services throughout their entire lifecycle, acting as the subject‑matter expert for all technical, non‑technical, process, and service-related topics.

Senior Operations Service Owner ensures stable service operations, drives continuous improvement, and manages complex projects aligned with the Service Management framework.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize digital service operations across the full lifecycle, ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and high service performance.
  • Drive operational strategy and end-to-end support models for digital services, including edge environments, IoT solutions, and EMR/EHR integrations.
  • Monitor service delivery through KPIs and SLAs, proactively identifying improvement opportunities and minimizing operational risks and downtime.
  • Coordinate incident, problem, and change management activities in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and Service Managers.
  • Manage complex projects from planning to execution, including risk management, governance, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technology partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and contractual performance.
  • Develop and maintain service documentation, governance standards, reporting frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives to support operational excellence.

We are looking for a person with the following experience:

  • Experience with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT5, and ISO standards
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and operating IT services and implementation projects
  • Strong technical understanding of enterprise IT environments, including edge environments and EMR/EHR integrations
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and management levels
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven team player with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in financial data collection, budgeting, and reporting
  • Fluent written and spoken business English
